When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

• Product unavailability or stock errors
• Pricing errors on our website (we will notify you and offer cancellation)
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Delivery restrictions to certain areas

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, EMI, and Cash on Delivery. All online payments are secured by our payment gateway partners. By providing payment details, you authorize us to charge the stated amount.

For COD orders, a handling fee of ₹49 applies. Payment must be made in full to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

All content on abhirajtoys.com — including logos, product images, text, graphics, UI design, and code — is the property of Abhiraj Toys Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

You may not use our website to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Submit false or misleading information
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data without our written consent
• Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the site
• Impersonate Abhiraj Toys or its employees
• Engage in fraudulent purchases or chargebacks

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abhiraj Toys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order in question.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana. We encourage resolving disputes amicably before pursuing legal action — please contact us first.
